Cancellation Policy
Service Rules
To confirm your onsite service appointment, a deposit will be required. This ensures the availability of our technicians for your specific location and time slot. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a $100 fee. No-shows for scheduled onsite visits will forfeit the deposit to cover travel and scheduling costs.
Please ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, stable surface with adequate space for our diagnostic mobile unit. Clients must be present or provide access to keys at the start of the service window. We do not service vehicles where it is not permitted. We do not service heavily damaged vehicles as it poses safety hazards and other issues.
Diaz Diagnostics & Repair reserves the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met. All diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the onsite inspection has commenced. Service availability and safety procedures may change based on weather conditions.
